Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP)

Courses include taster sessions in working for the Civil Service, sessions on the construction trades and training for door supervisors. Trainees have to be referred for our SBWA courses by their local Job Centre.

• Door Security
• Hospitality Training
• Introduction to Roles in the Civil Service
• Employability for Retail Careers
