A guide on how to apply for the Learner Support Fund
Students can make an application for Learner Support Funding by registering and completing an application online.
Pay My Student is accessible in different languages and is cloud-based, so can be used on any device:
Access to Pay My Student is only available once you have enrolled as a student at Barnet and Southgate College.
Students must register to create an account. Once registered, students can complete an application and upload evidence of their household income and/or other supporting documents to allow the college to assess eligibility for funding.
Once your application has been assessed you will receive an email detailing the outcome of your application and what to do if your application is declined. Students can also check the status of an application via the Pay My Student online portal.
To support the application process, all evidence submitted must state the student and/or parent/carers full name and address. Applicants must also state what category of support they need and why when completing the online application.
