Learners' qualification certificates are no longer available for collection from any of the campus Exam Offices.
Barnet, Colindale, Edmonton Green, and Southgate learners' qualification certificates are being posted to learners' home addresses.
Please ensure the college has the correct home address for you. If your address has changed, and providing the respective campus Exams Office has not posted your qualification certificate, you can notify the college by completing and submitting the Change of Student Details Form, which is accessed via www.barnetsouthgate.ac.uk/student-support/useful-downloads.
If you have changed address or are in the process of doing so, it is advisable you arrange to redirect your mail to any UK or overseas address for 3, 6 or 12 months with Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redirection).
Please note, certificates will be sent by standard, second class mail. Postal tracking services will not be available and the college is unable to accept responsibility for certificates lost in the mail. If a replacement certificate is required for one lost in the mail, students are required to pay for this service.
Please note, YMCA Awards officially transition to a digital-first certification model on 1 December 2025. The awarding body will issue all certificates digitally in line with its published policies and service level agreements. Hard copy certificates are available at additional cost, see YMCA Awards' fee information for further detail.
