The Grand Opening of the T-Level Centre at Southgate Campus showcased student demos, and celebrated the launch of the facilities with key employers and community leaders.
The College was delighted to welcome Bambos Charalambous MP to open the new T Level Centre at the Southgate Campus.
Students and staff held equipment demos and also showed how the great new facilities, including a mock hospital ward and an immersive learning studio, to guests from the Department for Education, Association of Colleges, Education Training Foundation and Middlesex University amongst others.
The £2.2m investment is designed to support T Levels in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Digital Support Networks, Assisting Healthcare Science and Supporting Adult Nursing.
Southgate Campus Director, Greg Haynes said:
'The opening event was a great success. We had some fantastic feedback from all the visitors about the new facilities, but more so about the students that they spoke to, who were a credit to us all.'
'The employers were really excited to start working with us and our future students.'
