What qualifications or experience do I need?
To qualify for this course, students need to be eligible to study ESOL; have an ESOL Entry 3 Certificate (or equivalent level) and be interested in caring for adults or children.
What will I study ?
Students will study ESOL (English for Students of Other Languages), health and social care (Level 1), functional skills maths and functional skills ICT.
How will I be assessed ?
Continuous classroom assessment
What qualifications could I achieve ?
On successful completion of this course, students will achieve - ESOL Level 1 Certificate in Speaking and Listening, Reading and Writing; Functional Skills maths; Functional Skills ICT; Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young Peoples Settings
