Speak to us about your workforce development requirements. The Apprenticeship Team will help you to identify which apprenticeships can fill skills gaps and provide long term solutions for your organisation such as upskilling. 

Confirming your staff development needs

We can provide impartial advice on what is available to suit your business needs. We will go through the delivery plan, ensuring that the apprenticeship meets the training needs of the role, as well as covering costing plans. 

Advertising and recruitment

Once you have confirmed your requirements, we will work with you to place the right apprentice in the role. We will begin by advertising externally and within the college, giving you access to as many of the top talent as possible. Once the role is advertised, we implement a robust pre-screening and assessments service. This ensures we attract and refer only the best, most appropriate candidates.

Interview and Selection

We then ask you to use your usual recruitment procedures to interview and select apprentices for the role but would encourage that you offer a 2-week trial. During this trial period our assessors would visit you and the apprentice to conduct an induction and carry out a skill scan to ensure that all parties are ready to begin the apprenticeship.
