What qualifications or experience do I need?
You will need 5 GCSEs, including English and maths at grade 4/5 or Functional Skills Level 2. Conditional offers are subject to exam results, references, and your suitability to work within the Education and Childcare Sector.
What will I study ?
You will attend College two days per week for your childcare classes, if you have not passed Maths or English at grade 4 or above you will be required to attend these classes for a further third day as college. You will attend placement either 3 or two days per week for a minimum of 12 hours..
How will I be assessed ?
Assignments are submitted and marked electronically. You will also be observed in your workplace.
What qualifications could I achieve ?
Level 3 NCFE CACHE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce
