What qualifications or experience do I need?
You should have a minimum of one GCE A2-level pass (or equivalent) in a relevant child care-related subject and you will need to have GCSE English at level 4 or above (or English level 2 equivalent).
If English is not your first language, you will need to complete a Secure English Language Test at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. You may be required to attend an interview and/or provide a portfolio of work.
