What qualifications or experience do I need?
No qualifications or experience required.
What will I study ?
Basic skin care to prepare the skin for make up; Basic tools, equipment and products for make up application; Setting up the make up area ready for a client; Day makeup, evening makeup and make up for a special occasion; Hygiene and safe working practices.
How will I be assessed ?
You will be informally assessed by completing practical assessments and receiving feedback from the teacher, also written consultation sheets and face sheet diagrams will be completed during lessons.
What qualifications could I achieve ?
A college certificate.
