Alara Kurdash, Former Fashion Student at Barnet and Southgate College

"I have loved the course at Barnet and Southgate College, at first I was torn between studying law and fashion, but once I came to a College open day and chatted to the fashion tutors I knew that I wanted to come here. I’ve applied and been offered a place at Central Saint Martin’s School of Fashion, to study for a BA Hons degree in fashion (womenswear). It is such a respected university I’m really looking forward to going there. I work part time for Valentino and I’ve got a lot of inspiration from working there, so who knows one day I may even end up designing for them, that would be a dream job"
