The apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are currently working in or aspiring to build a career in marketing. It is suited to those with an interest in marketing who are confident using digital tools and platforms and have a drive to support business growth through effective marketing strategies. It is designed for individuals looking to develop skills in delivering marketing activities across various platforms and channels. This role exists within businesses of all sizes and sectors. It provides a strong foundation in marketing, enabling individuals to contribute effectively to business growth and work independently and as part of a team. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience, creating content, conducting market research, managing campaigns, and analysing performance data. They will work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance, as well as external suppliers like digital and media professionals.

What qualifications or experience do I need?
You must be working in an appropriate role that enables the demonstration of the Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSB’s) of the apprenticeship standard. GCSEs in English at grade 4 or above and Maths at grade 5 or equivalent (preferred).
What will I study ?
Apprentices will develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required of a Multi-Channel Marketer. Throughout the apprenticeship, they will work towards meeting the learning outcomes set out in the apprenticeship standard. Topics covered will include: Core Knowledge: · Marketing Fundamentals · Business Awareness · Brand & Content · Marketing Technology & Compliance · Stakeholder & Supplier Management · Campaign & Budget Management · Customer Engagement · Quality & Performance Analysis Core Skills: · Campaign Planning & Execution · Content Creation & Copywriting · Market Research & Audience Insight · Digital & Offline Marketing · Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination · Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation · Project & Budget Management Core Behaviours: · Ability to responsibility · Work flexibly and adapts · Work collaboratively · Act in a professional manner
How will I be assessed ?
1. On Programme Formative Assessment, which is conducted by our trainer/assessor. This gives an indication as to how your apprentice is progressing against the apprenticeship standards criteria. 2. End Point Assessment, which is conducted by an Independent End Point Assessor external to the college and which will include the following elements: · Project report with presentation and questioning · Interview underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
What qualifications could I achieve ?
Level 3 Apprenticeship standard as a Multi-channel Marketer. Learners aged 16–18 who have not previously achieved Level 2 Maths and English must do so before their end point assessment, while for those aged 19 and over, it is optional.
